Notably dose not have more volcanoes because Iceland has around 130 volcanoes but only a few of them erupt regularly. For example "Heckle" and "Karola" and the most horrible volcano in the world which erupt and blocked the way for airplanes to fly through.

There are three volcanoes in Italy. They are Mt. Etna, Mt. Vesuvius, and Mt. Stromboli.

Etna and Stromboli are located on islands. Vesuvius is not.
