There are 27 amendments for US Constitution. In order for an amendment to be added to the US constitution it should be ratified by three quarter of states. Right now since there is 50 states it should be ratified by 38 states.
The first ten amendments, commonly known as a group as the Bill of Rights, were all ratified at once. The amendments were proposed on September 25, 1789.
The 11th Amendment, which limits Supreme Court jurisdiction, was proposed on March 4, 1794.
The 12th Amendment, which reworks the presidential selection process, was proposed on December 9, 1803.

Including the Bill of Rights the constitution has been amended 27 times. Many other proposed amendments have not been ratified.
During the course of our history, in addition to the 27 amendments which have been ratified by the required three-fourths of the States, six other amendments have been submitted to the States but have not been ratified by them.

Since 1787 27 amendments have been introduced to congress. In 1791 The Bill of Rights, the 10 first amendments, was adopted. Since The Bill of Rights 17 other amendments have been adopted, which makes the total 27 amendments since 1787.
Many amendments have been added but I am more curiois about the amendments since 1999!
