No animals have this novel coronavirus. Sometimes, but extremely rarely, a pet CAN get influenza (flu) or similar sicknesses (a coronavirus) from humans. That has not happened yet. Hopefully that helped.
(I am not an expert.)
Pets can get corona but they easily get rid of it, unlike us. There haven't been any critical cases of pets getting corona (atleast I think there hasn't been).

No, the meat that non-vegetarians eat makes them more susceptible to coronavirus. Of course vegetarians can get coronavirus!

Coronavirus by itself is a large family of viruses. Both humans and animals have the ability to contract certain forms of a coronavirus. There are 4 types of coronaviruses that are pretty common in humans and cause mild to moderate respiratory infections (aka the common cold). 2 types (SARS and MERS) are less common and have the ability to cause severe respiratory infections. The novel coronavirus spreading across the world currently in 2020 is brand new, and health officials are learning more and more about the virus daily.
SARS coronavirus (SARS-CoV) – virus identified in 2003. SARS-CoV is thought to be an animal virus from an as-yet-uncertain animal reservoir, perhaps bats, that spread to other animals (civet cats) and first infected humans in the Guangdong province of southern China in 2002.
