Yes. Anyone can eat as many bananas per day as they wish, so long as they have the bananas, are hungry, and do not have a medical condition that specifically prohibits bananas or something in them.

There's no reason why bodybuilders should eat any bananas per day. Typically, bananas have too many carbs for beginning or intermediate bodybuilders. If you are able to afford the carbs, one a day is plenty. On the other hand, if you are an advanced bodybuilder and really enjoy bananas (and they are a great addition to protein shakes), there may be no harm in eating several.

Bodybuilding is the most important protein, and the best egg and chicken protein just falls in, Boil chicken and egg eat the body after workouts will improve very quickly.
