There were three James Bond films that weren't produced by EON. Casino Royale was released in 1954 as a TV film, and in 1967 as a parody. The first production was directed by William H. Brown, Jr., with Barry Nelson in the role of 007. The second was directed by Ken Hughes et al, with David Niven in the role of Bond, James Bond. The third was Never say never again. It was produced by Irvin Kershner, in 1983, with Sean Connery returning for his original role.
