no not at all it underneath the van ride side in the middle of vehicle you need a 13mm socket and ratchet a 1/4 nut driver. undo the lines with nut driver carefully remove lines they are pressurized remove 13mm retainer bolt and reverse
It's a height sensing valve. If the vehicle is heavily loaded the rear end sits lower and the valve allows more fluid to get to the rear brakes. When lightly loaded the vehicle sits higher and the opposite happens.

look on framerail not to far from fuel tank should have one 10mm bolt holding it on trace fuel lines forward u will find it
Use flare nut wrenches to remove. If you mean the hose to the caliper, remove the banjo bolt (why it's called that, I don't know) attaching it to the caliper, noting the arrangement of the sealing copper washers. After installing replacement, bleed brakes completely to remove air in the lines.
