If I did my calculations right, there should be about 310 cal. in a 32 once glass of McAlister's Sweet Tea. I used to work there and I know at the one I worked at we put 8 cups of sugar in each 5 gallon container of tea. If each cup of sugar is 774 cal. that makes 6192 cal in 5 gal. There are 640 ounces in 5 gal. That makes 9.675 cal per ounce, making 32 ounces 309.6 cal. Hope that helps.

Yup numbers seem correct (cup sugar ~ 195 to 200 kcal)
You might be thinking "Yikes, 310 Cal... " but don't let this numbers deter you from this wonderfully sweet tea. (lol pun)
I usually ask for some ice, and they generously fill it to the brim of the cup with ice.
After they fill it up with room-temp tea most of the ice melts.
I've noticed the sweet tea tastes very sweet, almost syrupy, only if I sip it right when I get it. Then the mixture gradually becomes less intense over time since the ice melts rather quickly.
I obviously haven't weighed the exact quantity of ice, even if it did look 'completely full' of ice (since theres alot of air in the ice holes and between chunks)
So, just going off of the assumption that it's half ice that slowly melts into water...
