Eat mostly vegetables, a smaller amount of fat and protein. A bit smaller amount of carbohydrates (though, calories are calories).

Make sure you vary your diet to ensure you’re getting proper nutrtion.

Make sure your calorie deficit isn’t too large or you’ll go into starvation mode.

Recommended daily carb intake to loose weight varies from person-to-person.

Taking in carbs is necessary, even if you wanna loose weight. If you do not eat carbs, your body is forced to generate energy from other sources. Fat cells are the last one the body starts utulizing for energy, therefore, your body start to break down your muscles, and start using protein for energy.

I recommend searching for a BMR calculator online, than substract 400kcal (that is-400kcal) of the given BMR number. That is your daily calorie intake in a calorie deficit to loose weight.

Now what you need is

2grams of protein/body kilogram (1grams of protein/body lbs

4-5grams of carbs/body kilogram ( 2-3grams of carbs/body lbs)

This will give you some amount, of calories built up, since

1g of protein=4kcal

1g of carbs=4kcal

1g of fat=9kcal

For example you need 2000kcal in your fat-loss dietplan.

You eat 180g of protein, which is 720kcal

You eat 250g of carbs, which is 1000ckal

The remaining caloreis you need to eat are 280kcal

You eat that in fats which is 30g

Therefore your daily intake of carbs should be around 250g if you are around 90kg bodymass. Hope this helps a lot of people who are unsure.

Seperate it into 4 meals a day only eat as much that banishes the hunger and you are good to go.

Now, if you are EATING HEALTHY and EXERCISING REGULARLY, you gain HUGE BENEFITS from the right supplements. Some of them can really kick start your weight loss, give you energy when you are lacking it, keep your body healthy and in homeostasis when you most need it.
