North Yorkshire Trading Standards conducted a survey of 25 fast food dishes in 2007 and the Glorious 'Parmo' came out at approxoimately 2600 calories. This was for a large 'Parmo' with chips and salad. iI also contained about 150 grams of fat. As a relocated southerner I adore 'Parmos's' and have one at least once a week! and no in not overwight with a BMI of 24 enjoy !

∙ 15y agoChicken Parm is very difficult to calorie count without the specific recipe. It can range from 166 to over 600. Look out for more cheese and thicker breading with more oil content.
