Depending on how many calories you burn with exercise, and how much you burn as a base.. I'd say you burn about 1500-1800 calories a day, just existing. Cut back so you lose about 1.5-2 pounds a week.. Eat about 1200-1300 calories a day.
Honestly, you're still growing... and you probably don't even need to cut back that drastically if you're going to exercise. You could probably just exercise and be fine, and lose the weight as long as you don't eat any more than you are right now.
