Assuming you are about 5 foot 7 (since you want to drop from 170 which isn't much for a 6 foot person) your body burns about 1785.6 calories by its self. You want to shoot for about a 500 calorie deficit to lose weight. Which means if you did NOTHING all day you would have to eat 1285 calories but that is not healthy at all. I would suggest eating about 2000 calories a day in 6 smaller meals spread throughout the day. This now means you have to burn about 1215 calories to get the 500 deficit you want to shoot for to lose weight. Walking around throughout the day will burn some of those off so lets say you have 800 left to burn.
Now you do not NEED a 500 calorie deficit to lose weight but the reason I say shoot for it is because in one week you will lose 1 lbs of FAT, which is a rather large chunk if you've ever seen 1 lb of fat. There are 3500 calories in a pound of fat so 7x500=3500.
If you have an extra two hours in your day which I understand a lot of people dont. Weightlifting for 1 hour will burn about 265 calories unless your going really intense and biking will burn about 673 calories an hour going 12-14 mph giving you 973 calories burned.
Good luck in your venture to weight loss!
The average man should consume at least,no more than, 2,500 daily,no matter what size.
1000 calories
2500
It will depend on your current weight. A person weighing 300 pounds may be able to consume over 2000 calories and still lose significant weight while a person weighing 150 pounds may be limited to 1500 calories/day to lose.
I'm trying to get from 91.5 to 83.0 how do I do it

7 pounds
maybe she could gain weight if you spread her meals out more so that she would be more Hungary in time for her meals and if you make her meals that contain more calories.
It doesn't really depend completely on the weight and height, more so of age.
At 125 pounds, a person can expect to burn as many as 500 calories an hour working out on an elliptical training. Heavier people are able to burn even more. For example, someone weighing 180 pounds is capable of burning 800 calories an hour.
The number of calories a waitress burns depends on several different factors including the weight of the waitress. The more a person weighs, the more they'll burn. A waitress weighing 155-160 pounds will probably burn about 94 calories for each 30 minutes of her shift. For a waitress weighing 120-125 pounds the number of calories burned for 30 minutes would be about 70-75.
It varies depending on what kind of exercises you are doing and if you are giving it everything you got.
This is based on someone weighing 150 Pounds. Riding and Elliptical Bike at 12-14 Km/H for 17Mins will burn roughly 168 calories.
Maintenance: 2216 Calories/day Weight loss: 2080 Calories/day
Well, burning one pound takes a deficit of 3,500 calories. So 3*3,500=10,500. Or do you mean you weighed the sweat, it was 3 lbs of liquid and how many calories did that take? If that's what your asking, who cares? Why are you weighing your sweat?
