I'm 5'10" and i weigh 147. I wrestle and I'm almost taller than everone in my weight class, but I'm not stick thin, I've got muscle. I would say it depends if you have a lot of muscle and little fat, because some people my height weigh in that neighborhood and either have a lot of muscle or are fat. I would say 140-145 would be pretty good if you want average muscle/fat?
that's pyhsically impossible, and is very unhealthy. try losing about 4 a week. To loose a pound a day you would have to burn 3500 calories a day. That's impossible. It is extremely unheathy. If you tried to loose 10 pounds a week and succeeded you would be in the hospital and be diagnosed anorexic. You have been that size this long and havent done anything about it, so whats an extra few weeks or so gonna matter.
