The amount which exceeds the daily energy need.
The guide is 2 pounds a week. It is unhealthy to eat less than 1000 calories a week, so as long as you eat 1000 calories a day, take a vitamin supplement and make sure you drink enough water, it would be healthy to lose any amont of weight.
Well, a lot of things can make unhealthy foods unhealthy. It may be the high calories, or the high fat, or its use of sugar and oil. High calories, fat, lots of sugar, salt, oil, and basically anything that's too delicious to be real is unhealthy... *^^*
There are a lot of calories in french fries, as they are quite unhealthy. The amount of calories in the french fries depend on the type and make. I suggest that you check the packaging of the french fries, which should have the amount of calories on it :D
No. That would be unhealthy as it goes against the animal's natural diet.
Well nuts can be very salty. Salt is something that may increase your sodium levels which would make it an unhealthy snack. Choosing unsalted nuts from your local grociery store would make them a healthy snack. Also eat them in moderation.
The algae would not contain many calories, but the calories in the cakes would depend on other ingredients that are used to make them. They could be low or high in calories, so the best thing to do is to check the labels.
Exercise is never unhealthy. However, it would probably take a very large amount of time to walk off that many calories. Higher intensity exercises will burn off more calories sooner. Try running mixed with calisthenic workouts and stretches. If you are trying to lose weight, make sure you aren't limiting your calories too much. If you are planning on taking in a "normal" amount of food (2,000 calories) with large amounts of exercise, you may be depriving yourself of the energy you need to keep going. Losing one pound of body mass per week is typically considered safe. One pound of fat = ~3,000 calories.
because they would pick the most unhealthy meals and would make them fat.
I think you mean how much exercise burns off 1 pound, because calories make up fat, calories do not burn the fat. Calories are something you do not want too much of.
Theoretically you would gain more weight eating 2000 calories of vegetables because it would require a lot greater amount of let's say salad or broccoli than chocolate to make up 2000 calories. If however you start to add salad dressings to your salad or maybe a hollandaise sauce to your broccoli, which are very high in calories, then you would quickly start to even out the amount of food intake. Overall though, eating high sugar/high calorie foods gives your body a sugar high which doesn't last long and leaves you wanting more of the same again to replace it. It becomes a viscous cycle that's hard to break. Do yourself a favor, eat healthy and reward yourself occasionally with a treat. You'll live longer and look better while you're here.
I'm not quite sure what you are asking, but if you are asking how many calories are in a pound, then the answer is 3,500 calories make one pound.
They make your nail thin until that part grows out. but not unhealthy. It can ruin your nails
