There is only one kind of chakra for ninja, and that is the blue kind. Naruto is special and has the nine tailed demon fox in him, which has the red chakra. There maybe other colors, but they are usually for a demon or something, or from another source.

What are the 13 chakras?

Though most people only ever speak of 7 chakras, there are in fact many more than your main 7. There are more than 13 chakras and I will list some of them for you: two temple chakras [either side of 3rd eye chakra], 2 hip chakras [either side of base chakra], 2 shoulder chakras, elbow chakras [1 on each elbow], wrist chakras [1 on each wrist], palm chakras [1 in each palm], knee chakras [1 on each knee] and feet chakras [1 in each foot]. Some also say there is one on the base of your skull. The rest of these chakras are smaller than the main 7.

What is a shakra?

I think you mean Chakra. A Chakra is like a artery for the "spirit". Chakras help to maintain a continueous flow of "energy" through the non-physical body. They can also adversly effect the physical body, ie. if your chakras are unbalanced, you feel poorly or even ill. Look up TREE OF LIFE or KABALA. These are where the idea of Chakras originates. The body has 6 to 7 major chakras. There are minor chakras all over the body. The Chinese call it the Meridian System. ==new answer== The function of a chakra is to return used energy back to mind. Each major chakra corresponds with a level of mind of which there are seven. There is much detail about this in the interpretation of revelation of the bible in the universal language of mind. As we control the productive use of energy, we have more.

There are seven of them. One on top of your head, called the crown chakra, one on your face called the brow chakra (aka third eye), one on your throat called the throat chakra, one on your chest called the heart chakra, one in the middle of your stomach called your solar plexus chakra, one on your lower stomach called your spleen chakra, and one on your lower back/coxyc called your root or base chakra. Why do people have chakras?

well this thing chakra is not only a naruto based thing it do really exist so:Chakra is (derived from the Sanskrit cakraṃ चक्रं ([ˈtʃəkrə̃]), pronounced [ˈtʃəkrə] in Hindi; Pali: ॰हक्क chakka, Chinese: 轮, Tibetan: འཁོར་ལོ་; khorlo) is a Sanskrit word that translates as "wheel" or "turning".[1] Chakra is a concept referring to wheel-like vortices which, according to traditional Indian medicine, are believed to exist in the surface of the etheric double of man.[2] The Chakras are said to be "force centers" or whorls of energy permeating from a point on the physical body, the layers of the subtle bodies in an ever-increasing fan-shaped formation (the fans make the shape of a love heart). Rotating vortices of subtle matter, they are considered the focal points for the reception and transmission of energies.[3] Seven major chakras or energy centers (also understood as wheels of light) are generally believed to exist, located within the subtle body. It is typical for chakras to be depicted as either flower-like or wheel-like. In the former, a specific number of petals are shown around the perimeter of a circle. In the latter, a certain number of spokes divide the circle into segments that make the chakra resemble a wheel or chakra. Each chakra possesses a specific number of segments or petals. Texts documenting the chakras go back as far as the later Upanishads, for example the Yoga Kundalini Upanishad.yeah so this is a chakra but to answer you question better we don't know if chakras really exist they are a part of the peoples belife so i mean the Hindu religion.
