I met Bobby Lewis about 1978 or 1979 in Columbus Ohio when he played 1 night at the Southern Hotel saturday night show called the "Country Music Cavalcade". I remember Bobby saying that he had a son named Lyric and a daughter named Melody, and that both children's names were from his love of music. Hope that helps somehow.
