The four types of European government are: republic, federal republic, socialist republic, and constitutional monarchy. However, not many countries are still considered to be socialist republics.
these are countries where there is absence of monarchy and the govt. set up here may be secularist/socialist/capitalist may be a democratic one .....thus they are free of an authorised control.........

There are very few countries that follow AbsoluteMonarchies. Saudi Arabia might be one of them. In terms of Constitutional Monarchies, Canada, the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, Australia and New Zealand are amongst the few that do. Many of the Commonwealth countries are also governed under constitutional monarchy

Socialist countries are also capitalist countries. The two are not mutually exclusive.
Spain, Greece, Slovenia, Austria & Cyprus are the most Left Led Countries but are not truly socialist.
