This is an opinion question. The answer could be yes OR no, depending on who is asked. Some foolish people use the word American to refer solely to the United States. Yes. Simón Bolívar, El Liberador, is one of the great heroes in the history of America. He is the central figure in the struggle to end Spanish colonial rule in the New World. No, he only contributed to Latin American History by liberating countries from their original parent countries. I believe that Simon Bolivar did contribute to American History, or rather, world history. Without Simon Bolivar Colombia, Venezuela, Ecuador, Peru, Panama, and Bolivar would still be owned by Spain, meaning there would not have the right to be free. They would have to follow Spain's laws and do what they were told. For example; when the United States was owned by England, they were required to pay England's tax. Simon bolivar did many things in his 47 yearsof living. For one he was 1st president of Ecuador. He also was the greatst military figure in south America. he was a military leader a statesman and a good man

South American and equator countries use sugar cane every day. These countries have sugar cane widely accessible to their towns, because they grow it locally. They would use the cane in their food dishes just like how a town with corn crops would use the corn in many of their dishes.
