Cho. Chip cookies are refrigerator cookies.... I recommend to refridgerate the batter before putting them into the oven and after bieing baked (it makes them chewy). :)
No. It just makes the cookies sweeter. Flour and baking soda are two ingredients that make cook is thicker. I make cookies all the time.
If your chocolate chip cookies are getting a bit hard after they cool, just place them in a tupperware container with a slice of bread. The cookies will soften by drawing the moisture out of the bread. It's not a recipe, but I use it everytime I make cookies and it works like a dream! Enjoy your soft cookies!! also... if your cookie recipe doesn't have sweetened condensed milk or just normal condensed milk, try adding some into the recipe, it makes them really nice and moist too. (plus you get to eat the leftover milk... yum) that bread idea is interesting too, I'll have to try that. also if you buy a packet of chocolate chips it will often have a chocolate chip recipe on the back that you can looks at and theyre pretty good recipes!!
