I assume this is not a joke... It has 10 cylinders of course. That's what the 10 stands for in V10... The V stands for the geometry of the cylinders, in this case you have 5 cylinders on each side of the engine angled down towards the crankshaft in a V shape.

I have seen a 99 model go 188,000 still going strong vehicle wrecked. Only water pump, spark plug hole strip. I had a1998 Triton v8 in a E350 van which is the same engine but adding 2 cylinders which went 350,000 before spark plug striped
