You will probably notice weakness and headaches first. Eating and exercise is smarter and easier.
You wont notice any changes, starving yourself doesnt work, if anything you put on more weight. I have tried it before and after 2 days I felt ill, I weighed myself and hadnt lost any weight atall. You would be much better to eat healthily for a few weeks & excersise daily, that is when you will notice changes. Starving yourself is really stupid, you need food for vitamins, energy etc, it doesnt just contain fat !
It takes at last 3 days to start losing weight. But now a days dieting is not advisable. There are other exercises & diet change options which can help you losing weight. Thanks Ben www.tivamo.com
You can now lose weight while still enjoying eating favorite foods without starving yourself. Pizza, donuts and shakes are just a few of my favorites and i have lost weight without denying myself any of these pleasures. You can find it all here bit. ly/ /BioFitGo
Starving yourself is a rediculous and extremely unhealthy way of losing weight. Your body needs vitamins and minerals in order to lose weight in a healthy way. No matter how much you eat, (to a certain extent) if you eat healthy and you excercise consistantly, you will lose weight.
If you are having problems losing the weight then all you have to do for about 3 weeks is to ride your bike 5 or 6 days a week. That and a healthy diet should do it!
The only way for someone to lose 18lbs in 4 days without having surgery is if they lost water weight. Losing water weight is not the same thing as losing fat weight, as within a couple of days you will gain the water weight back. There is no quick way to lose fat weight, you must exercise and eat healthy foods, and the weight will slowly come off. Any advertisments saying lose weight quick do not work, or are extremly unhealthy. The only way for someone to lose 18lbs in 4 days without having surgery is if they lost water weight. Starving is a very bad idea, because by the next time you eat your body will be in panic, and will store everything preparing for the next mad starving. So you will put on some weight in the end. Starving is also very dangerous because for normal life you need nutrients, vitamins and minerals. If you won't get them you can't work, and soon you get rather depressed.
That would be a bad idea. You would be losing muscle from your body using it as food for energy to keep functioning, and you would be losing even more muscle because of the exercise. Don't forget, your heart would be one of those muscles. Working your heart harder as it is getting weaker would be a recipe for death...as if starving yourself wouldn't be asking for death in the first place. Other organs would probably start failing along the way as well.
Not eating is NOT an answer to losing weight. The answer to losing weight is to balance your intake and your body's expenditure of energy. Weight itself is not the issue here I am sure but rather the 'mass' or the size of your body. When you don't eat, your body does not immediately burn fat, it burns proteins, your muscle mass...... so essentially you may appear to be losing weight on the scale, but not losing the inches that you think you shold. Withholding fluids is not the answer either. As that is not true weight loss. The only real answer to weight loss is to continue to feed your body NORMAL proportions of food and to increase your activity level. Well scientificly Yes it is the answer to loose wieght, but not the healthy way. Onced I starved myself for five days and got so sick that I had to go to the docter. It is healthy for your heart to fast food yourself for one day in a week(Starve yourself Once a week).
Depending on how you go about losing the weight, anywhere from 5-12lbs. If you want to do it healthily, it will take a bit longer.
Not sure on the exact amount but all that you will be losing is water weight and as soon as you eat your body will store everything that you put into your body as fat because it will think that it wont get food for another 3 days or so crash diets never work and neither does starving yourself go on a good diet combined with exercise and you will get results that last and are healthy for your body good luck and God Bless!!!
Its Impossible Losing that much weight that fast would be very unhealthy.
