Aside from the expense, I don't think its a good idea to exceed what is recommended on the packaging. If you are trying to gain weight, it is better to do it through exercise. Muscle weighs more than fat, so gain lots of muscle through healthy, hard work and you will be the happier for it- and you will look great too! You can do it!
