If my memory serves me, every 50 feet. HOWEVER - look at them closely! They have arrows at the bottom of the sign. Some point to the right - some point to the left - some have double-ended arrows pointing both directions.

Even if a sign is knocked down or missing those arrows indicate the stretch of curb line

which is designated as no parking. You may park at the curb anywhere you are BEHIND the pointing arrow. You may not park anywhere where you are in FRONT of the pointing arrow.
