According to Project Gutenberg Australia: the First Fleet, between 1373 and 1483 people disembarked at Port Jackson. The figures are not exact because no complete crew musters have survived for the six transports and three storeships: thus, there may have been as many as 110 more seamen who have not been identified.

There were eleven ships in the First Fleet.

Records of the number of people who were on the First Fleet are not exact as they do not reflect how many ships' crew were aboard.

The First Fleet had at least 1,350 people, of which 780 were convicts. Of the remaining 570 or so, most were marines and officers. Some of the marines' and officers' families were also aboard.

Just one. That is why it was called the "First Fleet". There can only ever be one "first". Over the next sixty years or so, many more fleets came to Australia.
