1990 Honda Civic gas tank holds approximately 11.9 gallons of gas. This paired with the common fuel economy of just over 35 mpg made this an excellent commuting vehicle.

The average is 10,000 - 15,000 a year. I was a Honda Mech for years. Just make sure the timing belt was changed if over 70,000-80,000 miles.

NO, they have two completely different motors.

The starter of a 1990 Honda Civic is located on top of the transmission housing. There are two bolts mounting the starter to the transmission.

they might need a little modification, but probably not much.

You can find a 1990 Honda Civic SI wiring diagram in the car's owner's manual. You can also check with local auto stores.

My 1990 Honda civic LX took 2 pounds of refrigerant when i got it refilled from completely empty.

No. The Prelude has a B20A5 motor. The civic will have a D-series tranny. They will not interchange (B and D series parts do not interchange).

My 1990 Honda Civic Hatchback had a similar problem where it overheated on a seemingly random basis. I first replaced the thermostat, but that did not fix the problem. Then I replaced the water pump, again with no positive result. Finally, I replaced the radiator, which fixed the problem. As it turned out, the radiator had pinhole leaks that caused the problem. Also, when it comes to a leaking radiator, I do not suggest the 'quick fix' of additives to the radiator water that plug holes and stop leaks. These additives can cause more problems than they resolve. The best solution is to replace the radiator.

it is in the exhaust manifold,or exhaust pipe...

Yes it will. Make sure you replace your motor mounts as they are most likely torn.
