If you are talking about glasses of fresh milk, there should be no limit, because it is full of calcium for growing teenage bones. Make sure it's reduced-fat though. The only "bad" product that has any milk content is chocolate, but only when consumed in large quantities because of the sugars, for obvious reasons. In small doses, chocolate releases endorphins in the brain and makes you "feel good." There are other good milk products like cheese and yogurt, but again, they should be reduced fat. I don't advocate fat free, because fat free food or milk tastes like nothing, and your body needs some fats in the diet to help prevent constipation.

∙ 11y agoNone - a teenager (or a person of any age) can manage perfectly well without any dairy products in their diet at all. We know this because there are very many cultures (Chinese, Japanese, Pacific Island, Inuit) who have traditionally had no access to dairy products and so these do not feature at all in their national cuisines - and yet somehow they survive, century after century!
