This is entirely dependent on the tomato. Grams are a unit of mass. The density of tomatoes are probably all pretty close but, unfortunately, the volume of a tomato varies from tomato to tomato--So it is impossible to give a single value of mass for a tomato.

If you want a guess, then according the nutrition facts on my tomatoes in the fridge, a 3" tomato weighs 180 grams. This is nothing more than an educated guess however.

If you want to know the mass of a tomato, weigh it!!! Get a kitchen scale and weigh it. If the scale is in ounces or pounds, there are about 28.35 grams in an ounce and 453.6 grams in a pound. Simply convert and you have your answer--Or, if you have the option, switch the scale to grams as the units and save yourself the time.
Do you mean how much does a tomato weigh? It can really vary. Try being a bit more specific.
