The density of chopped garlic could vary greatly. An estimate is garlic is at least 1 gram / ml based on a peeled clove not floating. Since garlic is mostly water it can be assumed to be about 1 gram/ml. 2 TB is 30 ml thus that is at least 30 grams. Undoubtedly chopped is going to much less dense unless it is firmly packed into a measuring spoon.
