It depends on what you mean by "green people."
1. If you mean in terms of skin color, then there are none.
2. If you mean in terms of experience, it would be up to a third. That is because their terms are on rotation to where 1/3 are just starting their terms at any given time. That way, there are always experienced people in office.
3. If you mean environmentalists of any political party, this will be hard to determine.
4. If you mean the Green Party, then it is not a popular party in the US. So there are few or no Greens in the House. Australia and perhaps other countries have a Green Party, and the number elected varies per election.
