Anyway yes Kira is stronger then Athrun, strength isn't only to do with fighting and combat, the way i see it is that Kira being involved in computer science at age 16 and being able to recreate an OS in the space of 5-10 minutes is far more valuable/ useful and even "stronger" then being able to shoot some people, Just cause athrun knows how to use a gun, in no way does it mean he's stronger, after reading this you can see that Kira is clearly the correct answer.
