∙ 14y agoThere are no "typical hours" for veterinary technicians because there a numerous types of practice that a veterinary technician may work in. Some practices are only open during weekdays, others are also open during the day on Saturdays, others are only open in the hours when general practice veterinary facilities are closed (night, weekends and holidays) and some practices offer 24 hour 7 day a week care. So veterinary technicians may work at any hour of the day or night, weekends and holidays too depending on what type of practice they work in.
