well, a teen should be more active than an lod woman or man. Exercising doesn't mean running at a crazy pace and thinking you could loose some weigth, nor is it about loosing weight. Its about being fit. And for your answer, I think a teenager should exercise about 9 hours a day and get a 10h sleep, drink less coffee to avoid sleeping late or even sleeping pills. Just a walk aroundthe block or simply just walking home is also exercise. sorry mind my spellings please
