As far as I know, there is only one Interstate highway (I-5) that extends all the way from the Canadian border to the Mexican border. I-15 extends most of the way from Canada to Mexico, but it ends in San Diego about 20 miles north of the border. I-35 goes most of the way between Mexico and Canada, but it ends at Duluth, Minnesota (about 100 miles south of the Canadian border), and you would have to take other roads (such as US 53 or Minnesota 29) to go the rest of the way to Canada. There are also several US highways that extend from Canada to Mexico (US 83, US 85, US 95, US 191 and US 281).

You mean a direct railroad route between Mexico and Canada? No. The main obstacle for such route is the United States. Mexico connects to various Class I routes in the United States, through the cities of Nogales, Juarez, Nuevo Laredo and Matamoros.
The Miami-Mexico City or Orlando-Mexico City air routes, which fly over the Gulf of Mexico.Otherwise, you would have to take the Interstate 10 (I-10) all the way to San Antonio, TX. From there, take the Interstate 35 (I-35) to the south, arriving to Laredo, TX. When on Laredo, you can cross the border to Nuevo Laredo city, on the Mexican state of Tamaulipas. The reverse is also true.

Alaska does not have an interstate highway as an interstate highway requires 4 lane divided road connected at the very minimum state. Alaska is separated from the 48 other states. Thus can not have an interstate highway. Alaska has state highways and it has national scenic routes but are not able to have an interstate highway.
The United States Interstate Highway System was designed so that even-numbered routes are east-west highways.
