When? How? Russians persecuted Judaism consistently throughout the history of the country and the only reason that modern Russia (post-Soviet) does not have pogroms is because the Jews have all fled to Israel. If Russians did convert to Judaism it would have been in very small numbers as there is very little reason to convert to a persecuted minority that does not seek converts.
