well, considering it is the year 2008 and computers have been available since the late 70's i would guess somewhere between 98 or 99%? who the hell doesn't own a computer? I'm on welfare and i own a computer and the internet lol my sister who is 6 and all of her friends know how to use a computer, i knew how to use a computer and navigate the internet when i was 9, its nothing new
