There for if you are looking to lose weight (I am) you should aim to have 30g max if you are over 5'6 and 20 max if you are under 5'6. I am 5'1 and find if i have any more then this daily my body finds it hard to shed the kilos as i am only small. So the foods you consume while trying to lose weight will vary with your height.
