Asia is the largest of the 7 continents, consisting of many, many countries. In one country alone, there can be many languages spoken, such as India and China. In India, the languages spoken there are Hindu, Assamese, Bengali, Tamil, Bodo, and many others. There are native languages of specific countries, but there are people who speak other languages too, in addition to the native ones, and different areas of the countries for the different ethnicities.

In China, there are about 300 distinct languages spoken. There is Mandarin, Cantonese, but there are many ethnicities in China too, where people speak certain languages, and some cannot understand the others.

In India there are more than 450 languages.
