Genesis Chapter 1 is not seen by Christians as having any laws embedded in it. Most Christians read it as either a literal or figurative accounting of the six days of Creation.

Judaism reads Divine Commandments into all areas of the Torah, and Genesis Chapter 1 is no exception. Judaism sees the command that God gives to "be fruitful and multiply" to imply that every Jew is required to have a family and children. There are only one or two other laws in Genesis Chapter 1 from a Jewish perspective.
