I am not sure what you mean by "lawsuits." There is an internet rumor that the president filed lawsuits to keep his records (college transcripts, birth certificate) private, but this is untrue. He did not need to file any lawsuits, since every American has the right to keep certain documents (like medical records or college transcripts) private, and many presidents have chosen to do so. Further, the president has already released many personal documents.
It should also be noted that the president is not usually the one who initiates a lawsuit: he has the Justice Department for that purpose, and historically, presidents have asked the Justice Department to bring suits for a number of reasons: for example, the Justice Department has sued states that were believed to be discriminating against certain voters, or brought suit against corporations it believed were guilty of price-fixing.
