50 % water to anti freeze mix its about 8 liters in a 406 so 4liters of anti freeze 4 liters of water
7 liters, I'm not sure if u can use any antifreeze though..
According to the 1999 Ford Escort owners manual : The cooling system capacity with a manual transmission is 5.3 quarts / 5.0 liters The cooling system capacity with an automatic transmission is 6.3 quarts / 6.0 liters So , with a 50 / 50 mix of antifreeze and preferably distilled water : The cooling system with a manual transmission takes 2.65 quarts / 2.50 liters of antifreeze The cooling system with an automatic transmission takes 3.15 quarts / 3.0 liters of antifreeze T
To have a 50 / 50 mixture of antifreeze and preferably distilled water you would need ( 7.5 liters / 7.9 quarts ) of antifreeze because according to the Owner Guide the cooling system capacity is 15.0 liters / 15.8 quarts Ford shows not to exceed 60 % antifreeze and not to drop below 40 % antifreeze in the cooling system
According to the 2005 Ford Mustang Owner Guide : The cooling system capacity is 13.6 quarts ( 12.9 liters ) So , a 50 / 50 mix of antifreeze and preferably distilled water would require : ( 6.8 quarts / 6.45 liters of antifreeze ) * Ford shows not to use less than 40 % antifreeze and not to exceed 60 % antifreeze in the cooling system mixture *
11.9 quarts, whatever that is in liters on 3.9 v-8 ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- That's the engine cooling system capacity for the 3.9 liter V8 (mixing antifreeze with preferably distilled water to have a 50 / 50 mix would take 5.95 U.S. quarts / or * 5.65 liters * ) If you have the 3.0 liter V6 engine , which has an engine cooling system capacity of 10.6 liters , to have a 50 / 50 mix you would require * 5.3 liters * )
I was looking at the 1997 Lincoln Continental Owner Guide and the engine cooling system capacity ( including the heater ) is ( 14.25 quarts / 13.5 liters ) So , if you have a 50 / 50 mix of antifreeze and preferably distilled water You would need ( 7.125 quarts / 6.75 liters ) of antifreeze
I don't have the manual right now, but I'm pretty sure you need 10.5 liters of coolant for the 2.0 HDI engine.
Seven liters.
4 / 5 liters
Approximately 2,000 pounds.
According to the 1996 Ford Ranger Owner Guide : For the 4.0 liter V6 engine , with air conditioning : ( the engine cooling system capacity is 8.6 U.S. quarts / 8.1 liters ) It came from the factory with a 50 / 50 mix of distilled water and GREEN color antifreeze meeting Ford specification ESE-M97B44-A So , maintaining the 50 / 50 mix you would need : ( *** 4.3 U.S. quarts / 4.05 liters of antifreeze *** ) Ford states not to exceed 60 % antifreeze
The automatic transmission fluid that a Peugeot 306 holds is 2.4 liters.
