This cannot be answered in the way it was asked. Maglev refers to magnetic levitation trains. This is limited to passenger trains. There are many systems in use on a maglev train system, not simply magnetic levitation - the magnetic levitation is in use in other systems, such as manufacturing, and has even been examined as a part of launching space vehicles, but is not referred to as "maglev".
The euro train is known as safe. There haven't been many accidents and they have a good safety record right now.
A small, three car maglev train weighs more or less 100 tons, so they are relatively light trains.

Over a thousand train accidents occur per year in Canada. In 2009 alone, there were 1038 accidents. Almost 50% of these were non-main-track train derailments. Almost 18% were crossing accidents, and these crossing accidents resulted in 19 fatalities.

According to the US DOT, about 1000 deaths occur each year from train crashes. Of those, some 600 are due to train/automobile accidents.
