World War 1 was fought against primarily Germany.
Since 1902, all British Prime Ministers have been members of the House of Commons as opposed to the House of Lords. As Winston Churchill was Prime Minister post 1902, he was a member of the House of Commons, not the House of Lords. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/House_of_lords

Yes, the American First Committee; which included members of the US Congress. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/America_First_Committee But, as soon as the Japanese attacked American, American First Committee members voted for war.

December 8, 1941: The US Senate voted 82-0 for a Declaration of War; the US House of Representatives voted 388-1. Montana Congresswoman Jeannette Rankin was the 'no' vote. She was not reelected in the next election. She was a pacifist, and ironically had voted NO in 1917 upon the US Declaration of War against Germany in the First World War.
Jeannette Rankin was the first woman elected to the U.S. Congress. She was elected to the House of Representatives in 1916 from Montana. Rankin was known for her pacifist beliefs and she voted against U.S. entry into both World War I and World War II.
the best footballer in the world was voted Lionel messi
it's not as if the war was voted for, to be honest. however, if what you mean by 'against' is 'didn't start it', I'll say everyone but Germany, Italy and japan at a guess.
U.S. Senators voted against the U.S. going into World War I because they thought it would compromise U.S. policies of isolationism. Also, socialists like Eugene Debs disagreed with American intervention in WWI because they thought the war was purely a capitalist struggle instead of trying to protect democracy in Europe.
Re-vote on it! The bill goes back to be re-voted on. Am I the only kid in the world to watch "SCHOOL HOUSE ROCK"?

There were several political "leaders" who opposed US entry into World War One. The Progressive Party split, with Teddy Roosevelt leading those who favored entry into the war and western Progressives, LaFollette, Norris, Borah, and Johnson, fighting against a declaration of war. There were a group of politicians and citizens who believed we could ignore the military activities of Europe. They were known as "isolationists." An example was William Jennings Bryan. There were a very organised group of pacifists who opposed the war, led by Montana congresswoman Jeannette Rankin. She and over 50 of her colleagues in Congress voted against entering the war. Not all were pacifists, but many agreed with her that this conflict would resolve nothing, so they all voted against it.
People voted for Stephen Harper because he is a caring responsible man. He helps children across the world. He helped build a house.
