Female circumcision is extremely rare and the number of women who participate unknown. Female genital mutilation is more common but that is presumably beyond the scope of this question.
less then220% of the world's male population are circumcised. and there as constant reduction in the practice, Even The Jews are beginning to have second thought s about the procedure as it is being shown to have such a traumatic effect on their infants that is causing psychological damage.
