Impossible to answer. Depends on the year, engine size, how you drive, and many other variables. My advice is when you get to 1/4 tank stop and fill up.
I have gone as many as 35 miles but that was as brave as i was willing to be. My buddy said he has gone 50.
In my 2007 Ford F150 truck I drove about 30 miles after the fuel light came on.
Personally the most I have had to drive once that is about 60 miles. so I would say close to that.
