1. Take I-87 THRUWAY - NORTH, from Manhattan (via the TAPPAN ZEE BRIDGE), to where the THRUWAY continues on I-90 WEST towards BUFFALO, near Albany; continue on I-90 WEST from Albany to I-290 to Niagara falls at EXIT 50, near Buffalo.
2. Take I-290 WEST, around Buffalo, to I-190 NORTH to NIAGARA FALLS.
3. Take I-190 NORTH to Niagara Falls. To get to the falls itself, or the Rainbow Bridge (to Niagara Falls, Ontario, Canada), take the ROBERT MOSES PKWY - WEST (off EXIT 21).
