Actually, none because you can't physically put your tooth back in unless it's animated or a dentist puts it back in.

Yes, the tooth fairy takes back teeth. Just put any type of tooth you lose and put them under your pillow, and wait for the money. Just be sure to tell your parents about it.
If the tooth came off and you had the piece, you can go to the vet or animal hospital and they can apply a special glue to put the tooth back together.
Put the tooth back yourself. If it is replaced within 5 minutes it can replant itself successfully.Don't put a baby tooth back as it may damage the adult tooth bud in the socket causing deformation or tooth dilaceration. If it is an adult tooth, gently rinse the tooth with saline/milk/contact lens solution. The patient's saliva can also be used. DO NOT rinse it with water (if you really have to, just for a few seconds).Hold it by the crown. Don't touch the root or scrub it. The layer of cells on the root surface must not be disturbed.Success is best if an adult tooth is reinserted in the socket within 5 minutes.Don't reinsert a tooth if there is a chance the tooth may be inhaled, for example if the person is unconscious. The tooth may survive if it has been out up to an hour - if it can't be reinserted immediately keep it in milk.Whether or not it has been reinserted, see a dentist. The dentist may have to splint it.
Without pain: if you want to pull out a loose tooth with no pain, this is what you do. Wiggle your tooth back and forth and up and down. If it doesn't come out then, take a Kleenex and put the Kleenex over your tooth. Pinch your tooth really hard and pull it out. It wont hurt. With pain: if you want to pull a loose tooth out with pain (if you don't really mind), this is what you do. Wiggle your tooth for about 10 minutes. Take some pliers and pinch the tooth. Gently pull out the tooth. It usually doesn't hurt. This is the classic tooth-pulling strategy.I hope you guys get your money from the Tooth Fairy! *wink* Bah-bye, now!

Go to the dentist they will probably numb it and then pull it out or they will take your tooth out and sew it back up and then put it back in but that's normally only for permanent teeth (:
