20 minutes per pound in weight and add 20 minutes to the total pound weight
I assume it is a bone in roast - For bone in 20 minutes per pound should do it. Pork should reach an internal temp of 165 degrees Fahrenheit. CHECK the link I added.
It depends on size of roast and cooking method. In a standard oven the average is 20 minutes per pound at 325 degrees. In a slow cooker (crock pot), the average is 9-11 hours on low setting depending on size of roast.
15 minutes per pound for a boneless ham until it reaches an internal temperature of 140 degrees.
For 4.5 hours at 350.

I think it's the T-Bone, or the Texas bone. Not sure but i know it's from the way the bone is shaped like a T
If it's roast beef and you want it medium rare in the middle and cooked on the ends then put the oven up to 400 degrees for 20 - 30 minutes and then put it down to 330 - 350 (basting every 15 minutes in it's own juices. It would 15 - 20 minutes per pound. Frozen beef roasts cook faster so cook 12 - 15 minutes per pound. You can use a thermometer to test it or, cut into the middle of the roast a little to see if it's the way you want it. DO NOT RUB SALT ON YOUR ROAST as it toughens the meat. BBQ sauces go on near the end with lid off (to glaze it) and herbs with flour can go on the roast immediately. If you want to marinade the roast beef you can do it the night before and refrigerate or do it first thing in the morning.
If frozen then a 4 lb. beef roast will cook faster. Put the oven up to 400 (lid on roaster) for 20 - 30 minutes and sear, then put the temperature down to 350 and cook 15 minutes per pound. If the 4 lb. beef roast is thawed then sear as above and cook for 20 minutes per pound.
Approx 1 hour and 20 minutes; including "no heat" rotation before carving. In a "Showtime" type rotisserie, it takes the oven about 2 minutes to come up to cooking temp, then roast for 15 minutes per pound. Meat thermomoter in meaty part (away from bone) should read an internal temp of 180 degrees Fahrenheit. Rotate without heat for 5-10 minutes before removing to carve. Showtime Rotisserie manuals are online at ronco.com
To cook a beef joint so it is pink in the middle you need to allow 20 minutes for each pound. If the meat is attached to a bone you will need an additional 20 minutes.
