Dog tails have between six and 23 mobile vertebrae and muscles in them. They help to lift and move it from side to side.
Over 500 muscles
A havanese (or any dog) might be eating/chewing on their tail for many reasons. The dog could be just bored and have nothing better to do. A better answer is that the tail probably itches, and the dog has to scratch it with their teeth. Whatever the case, I would take the dog to the vet and say that it's been exhibiting strange behavior.
Yes, a dog has a tail.
it probably depends on how fast the dog is wagging its tail
The tail curling, no. You should take your dog to the vet about the non-growing hair.
Please take your dog to a vet! if you want to know sooner research it! Possibly it could be a tumor, my dog had this! TAKE YOUR DOG TO A GOOD VET! HELP HIM OR HER!!!!!!!
because you could sue the vet for taking the tail of your dog, but if you took the tail of your dog at home, it would be up to you and nobody may know, but what sick minded person would want to take the tail of your dog anyway. freak. :)
A dog has over 500 skeletal muscles. Obviously there are the cardiac muscles and the smooth muscles on top of that but its over 500.Also for future reference all dog breeds have the same amount.
