This is easy! In the 1700s, only "free over age 21 White males" had any power. So ALL the delegates were White and ALL were male. Women and slaves were property and had no rights. Thomas Jefferson described the delegated as an "assembly of [white] demigods."
There were no women, Native Americans, or African Americans present at the Philadelphia Convention because they were not considered citizens or participants in the political process at that time. For the most part the delegates to the American constitutional convention were well educated aristocrats of the time. Another common feature they shared was the distinct dislike of monarchies. Despite their own individual wealth and high social status, they believed in the right of male citizens to vote and have a say in the new government of the former 13 British colonies. They also, to one degree or another, believed that each State, had certain rights and they did not want a powerful, overbearing central government.

Some of the disagreements at the constitutional convention were that the delegates didn't want to make a whole new form of government. They didn't want it to be to strong or weak so that one state was more superior than the other. The delegates resolved this by doing more than just revising the Articles of Confederation and wrote a whole new constition.
