Propaganda aside- it is difficult to prove cellphone distraction was the SOLE cause of transportation accident, say one car hits another, impacts telephone pole ( poetic justice?) There are all kinds of factors, fatigue, alcohol or drug use ( consider the Taconic Tragedy involving navigational error ( wrong way on busy highway, alcohol and drugs- and a grim body count. of course if a bloodied cell phone is found in the victim"s hand, well here is a smoking gun. I would say it is impossible to state ONE such crash where this was the proven prime or first cause.
