I'd say almost a billion, since the civil liberties of our country's citizens have been - at the very least - altered. Our foreign policy has changed for the worse. We now support preemptive strikes of countries, meaning we attack before something happens. And I would say a large amount of people all over the world are nervous about what we might do next with our military.
